# Junto

> A learning platform for the people building teams.

- **Client:** Junto
- **Role:** Design partner
- **Timeframe:** 2022 – 2023
- **Impact:** €5M seed
- **Live:** https://junto.eu

## Outcomes

- **€5M** seed round, after the MVP
- **0 → 1** MVP to market

## Context

Junto needed a first product for both the people joining its leadership programmes and the team running them. Participants needed a place for sessions, materials and peers. The internal team needed to organise and maintain it all.

## What I did

I designed the product from the first dashboard flows to the MVP. That included course management, event setup, learning materials and the participant experience around sessions and networking.

## Key decisions

We kept the main navigation small and introduced detail as people needed it. The structure had to work for someone joining a session and for the team managing an entire programme.

## Outcome

Junto used the MVP to launch, bring in its first customers and test the model. The company later raised a €5 million seed round.
